Sorry Guys , i was Busy for the HOLE ( whole ) day ahhhh.
Okay woke up at 11am when i received a msg from bball captain . he said training had changed to 1pm ... so bo bian , have to wake up early and ... since i lazy to go down buy food , i cook maggie noodles xD
okay maggie alone is confirm not enough for me ! hehe i ask my wifey to buy Cheese Fries from Kfc for me xD hehe . Then after eaten , rush for training . damn full lorh ... then run 4 rounds the track . Warmth up and stuffs ... tired ahhhh ! Training stopped when it rains . 3.16pm ? i guess so . Then coach came to me after training .
"u ahhh ... def must do properly . u want to be point-guard ( 控球手 ) right ? okay u must protect ur ball . u got see any coach would giv a 187cm guy to be point-guard ? Got lah , NBA lorh .. Now i want to train 3 things , 1st ur ability to protect ur ball , 2nd ur defending and lastly ur shooting . Ur free throw good , but when ppl guard u leh ? Train okay . i wanna see u improve in 2 weeks time ""Ohhh ... orh okay . "" if u failed to improve in 2 weeks how ? " " then ... then i quit team lorh ."" okay . strong confident "Then after that we all went the coffee shop near JJ and ate ( under teck siong house there ) around 10 players and 1 coach . Chatted till 4pm + then all go homed and etc . i pei one of the teammates to cut hair ... but went off half way . went JSCC play bball with wei sheng till 6.30 ... went homed , ate and left for Woodlands for Bball training again ! haha
After training , i'm injured everywhere ! Knee swollen , shoulder blueblack , elbow bleed , etc . Then homed ! hahha
